Refund and Returns Policy

Freshly Baked Guarantee

All products are baked fresh upon order.

Once dispatched, products cannot be resold or restocked for health and safety reasons.

Returns

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on baked goods once they have left our kitchen.

Non-perishable items (e.g., branded merchandise, accessories) may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.

Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly provide a refund, credit, or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled.
  • The incorrect product was delivered.

In these cases:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and, if possible, a clear photo of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement delivery or process a refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them for a full refund.

After 12 hours, baking may have already started, and we cannot guarantee a refund.

Shipping Costs

If the issue is our error (wrong item, damaged goods), Ruskit Foods covers return or redelivery costs.

If you cancel or provide the wrong delivery information, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Legal Rights

This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
